Olympia
Construction, Inc., was incorporated in June 1989, by its principal
stockholders Jeff Beaver and Ralph Fullerton. The corporate
offices of Olympia are located at 9010 U.S.
Highway 431, north in Albertville,
Alabama. The owners and key personnel have a total combined
construction experience in management, building and design of over 50
years, covering contracts in eight states throughout the Southeast,
including Alabama, Arkansas,
Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Georgia, Mississippi and North
Carolina.
From its inception, the Company has
been engaged predominantly in the construction and development of
multi-family residential apartment complexes. Although, most of the
company’s efforts have been directed toward new construction, many
rehab/renovation projects have been completed for owners through
contracts obtained through government-financed bids and negotiated
contracts. The Company has extensive experience in the administration
of Government financed contracts and the associated administration
standards including the Davis-Bacon Act Labor Standards.
In
excess of 1,800 units of newly constructed residential housing have
been completed over the years in addition to the rehab/renovation
units, which currently exceeds 1,200. Olympia’s experience with
government financed projects such as USDA Section 515, HUD 212 and
811, and the HUD HOME Investment Partnership Program has strengthened
the Company’s experience in providing high quality construction and
design standards. General Contractor’s Licenses are held in the
States of Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina,
and Louisiana with an “Unlimited” work classification. Real

general partners Jeff Beaver and Ralph Fullerton. Olympia's offices

The general partners and key personnel have a total combined
experience of over 50 years in development, consulting, ownership and
design of affordable housing, covering projects in eight states
throughout the Southeast, including Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee,
Kentucky, Louisiana, Georgia, Mississippi and North Carolina.
From its inception, Olympia has engaged
its business predominantly in the development of multi-family
residential apartment complexes. Although, most of the organization's
efforts have been directed toward new construction projects, a number
of rehab/renovation projects have been completed as well. The Company
has extensive experience in the application of funding, development
and administration of Government financed projects through USDA, State
Housing Finance Agencies administering affordable housing tax credits
and HOME Loans as well as syndication, Grants through the Federal Home
Loan Bank and commercial financing.
Olympia has
successfully developed over 45 properties totally in excess of 1,300
units using the affordable housing tax credit program. In its active
participation of development of affordable housing, Olympia currently
has numerous other projects in some stage of the
application/development process.
